If you just purchase my prenatal & postnatal yoga program you will receive access to three videos; one is just over 20 mins and the other 2 are shorter (10-15 mins), so that you can receive ALL the benefits of postnatal yoga, in the most time-efficient way.

You will also get access to the 5 mini-meditations so you can use them when you only have a few minutes, to grab a moment of peace, or a circuit breaker when you really need a quick fix of calm.

These videos focus on those poses and practices most beneficial in the postnatal period.

When can I start practicing postnatal yoga?

As soon as you have been given the all clear by your healthcare professional at your postnatal check. In many cases this is approximately 6 weeks post-birth.

I’ve never done yoga before. Is it OK to start?

The program has been created for every BODy, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or never set foot on a yoga mat before.

There are plenty of modifications so all poses are safe unless your health care professional has instructed you not to do certain movements.
